As a member of the National Council of the Mozambican Bar Association, Guilherme Daniel - partner of Guilherme Daniel, exclusive member of VdA Legal Partners in Mozambique - is invited in the program "Manhã Informativa" of the Mozambican channel STV to comment on the constitutionality of a new state of emergency in Mozambique, clarifying the position of the Bar Association regarding this issue.

"The Mozambican Bar Association believes that there should be the introduction of legislative measures to continue to address the Covid19 problem as we have been able to do so far."

Among several themes, Guilherme Daniel argues that this is a unique opportunity to think about the future and that the Government should take the opportunity to, among other measures, review the Labour Law and create measures to support the economy for SMEs.
