Guilherme Daniel (Partner at GDA Advogados - exclusive member of VdA Legal Partners in Mozambique), Lorna Guilande (Associate at GDA Advogados), Maria Gorjão Henriques (Associate) and Maria Sales Luís (Trainee) participated in a working group session organised by ALER (Associação Lusófona de Energias Renováveis) and AMER (Associação Moçambicana das Energias Renováveis).

This session, which took place on 10 February, aimed to present and discuss the New Regulation for Access to Off-Grid Energy in Mozambique, seeking to identify and clarify the issues raised in the application of the regulation, published on 10 December, as well as to "draw up a roadmap of the procedures required for the development of mini-grid and solar home systems projects in Mozambique".
